O, Moonlit Night

Moonlit night of a thousand signs,
Bring me light that will forever guide...
My past and my future til I die.
Your sparkling stars are eyes...
That gleam like a million little fireflies.
In this lovely, desolate night sky...

Staring above, breathing into the mist...
Up in the sky, where only one may behold the purest of souls kiss.
I long to be there, to capture the bliss.
Where I can be defined, but at the same time, reminisce..

Transparently read outside of the aural views...
I watch this night sky, begging it to give me a muse.
It will transfuse...
With my mind, it will bleed into, then will diffuse,
An outward, exhaling blissful combustion and blooming into a beautiful flood,
Of little lightning buds.

This sky has turned into another dark moonlit painting.
I'm feeling this isn't it, but it's tainted.
